Our approach to your data
Little Scoop Co. is a small, family-owned business. We collect only the minimum information needed to fulfill orders, send emails you've opted into, and understand how our sites are used. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

Do we "sell" or "share" personal information?
Under California law, "selling" and "sharing" personal information have broad definitions that may include certain analytics or third-party integrations even when no money changes hands. Out of an abundance of caution, we provide the opt-out below.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertising networks.
Your rights as a California resident
Under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used
- Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to certain exceptions)
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Limit use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights
How to submit a request
To exercise any of the rights above, email us at hello@littlescoop.co with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." Please include:
- Your full name and email address associated with your account or purchase
- The specific right you wish to exercise (know, delete, correct, opt out, etc.)
We will respond within 45 days as required by law. If we need more time, we will notify you.
